Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data
Dear visitor,
This privacy notice has been prepared to inform you about your personal data processed in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). The principles relating to your personal data are set out below; we wish to emphasise the importance we attach to the protection and confidentiality of your personal data.
What data do we process?
We have prepared this privacy notice to inform you of the principles regarding the processing of your personal data submitted through the “Contact Form” on this website of our law and consultancy office, which you use to contact us. The following data you provide in the Contact Form are processed in accordance with Law No. 6698:
- Name and surname,
- E-mail address,
- Telephone number, and
- The message you submit
Purpose and legal grounds for processing
We process the personal data you submit through the Contact Form in order to contact you regarding your request; evaluate your questions, suggestions, complaints and requests; and carry out analyses and reporting relating to our service quality. We value the questions, opinions and requests we receive from you in order to offer the most appropriate and prompt solutions to our clients and prospective clients.
In this context, pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 5 of Law No. 6698, the processing of your personal data is necessary and lawful for the protection of our office’s legitimate interests and for the establishment and performance of a contract, within the required limits. Accordingly, your personal data may be collected, recorded, stored and classified without your explicit consent, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed and only to the extent required.
Furthermore, where required by our legal obligations, upon request of administrative/judicial authorities, or for the establishment and protection of our rights in a dispute that may affect us, your personal data may be disclosed to official authorities and courts without your explicit consent, again pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 5 of Law No. 6698.
We kindly ask that the content of messages you send us does not include special categories of personal data as defined in Article 6 of Law No. 6698, such as data relating to race, ethnic origin, political opinions, philosophical beliefs, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance, association, foundation or trade union membership, health, sexual life, criminal convictions and security measures, or biometric and genetic data relating to you or third parties. If you share such personal data with us, we inform you that such data will not be processed and will be destroyed.
Recipients and purposes of transfer
We first wish to state that we hold your personal data only for the purposes stated above and that we do not have a data policy of transferring personal data to third parties without a legitimate reason. This reflects the sensitivity we show towards the confidentiality and protection of your personal data.
Nevertheless, in order to achieve the processing purposes stated above, we may share your personal data with institutions and organisations with which we cooperate, and with administrative/judicial authorities for the fulfilment of our legal obligations and the protection of our rights in any legal dispute that may arise.

Your personal data are obtained electronically through the contact form on our website and are collected in this environment.
Your rights regarding the protection of personal data
We attach importance to the protection of your personal data and respond to your requests and applications regarding your personal data as data subjects under Law No. 6698 as quickly and appropriately as possible. Without prejudice to our rights and obligations arising from applicable legislation, you may contact us at any time to exercise the following rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698:
- To learn whether your personal data are processed and to request information if they are,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred,
- To request correction if your personal data are incomplete or inaccurate, and to request that third parties to whom your data were transferred be notified if you exercise this right,
- To request erasure or destruction of your personal data when the reasons for processing cease to exist, and to request that third parties to whom your data were transferred be notified if you exercise this right,
- To object to a result arising from analysis of the information we hold about you through automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
You may exercise your rights regarding your personal data by contacting us through the contact details below. Your requests will be concluded as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days depending on their nature.
